What is your Returns Policy?

30 Day Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit. You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred - does not include sale items (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges). 

What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 02 69212667 or e-mail miltonsgear1@optusnet.com.au to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item - drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am to 5.00pm

Thursday - 9am to 6.00pm

Saturday - 9am to 1pm

Sunday - Closed
