Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday -  9am to 5.30pm

Thursday -  9am till 6.30PM

Do you have Suit Hire?

Yes we do.  For a free quote you can call us and we will be happy to discuss your options with you. It is recommended that you make an appointment to be fitted, to ensure the perfect fit.

At least 1 weeks notice is required, to ensure the suit is available.

When will I get my purchase?

We know you like to get your parcels fast! 

Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service for a flat rate of $9.99. If orders are received before 1pm EST* on a business day, it will be sent that day. We aim to have the order to you within 3-5 working days - this can be quicker if you live in NSW or a capital city and longer if you live in a remote area.

Australia Post Express Post Service - guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links.

Damage or loss in transit is rare, however, if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damage goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes.

International Postage,  Due to cost restraints, we currently do not post internationally.

Out of Stocks - we update our sites product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

Public Holidays - it may take a little longer for your parcel to get to you around that time. Orders that are placed after 1pm on the day before a public holiday, will have their item shipped on the very next working day.

How much will the postage cost?

ITS FREE, when you spend over $150. 

All other postage will cost a flat rate of $10 per purchase.

Can I get ties to match my partners outfit?

We can have ties and pocket hanks made to match your partners outfit, you just need to send us the fabric.

For 1-2 ties send  75cm

For 3-4 ties send  1.25 Metres

For 1-4 Pocket Hanks send 30cm

It takes approximately 7days, so allow yourself plenty of time for delivery.

Do you post international?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to post international parcels due to cost restraints.

What is your Returns Policy?

30 Day Return and Exchange Policy

We guarantee a ‘no hassles’ return and refund policy. We understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don’t fit. You may return the items bought online within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred - does not include sale items (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges). 

What if a product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occassion, this does occur please contact customer service on 02 69212667 or e-mail to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product. 


If you would like to exchange an item - drop us an e-mail or phone call to let us know what item you are after including the style number, colour and size you would like so that we can put it on hold for you. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives!
